Kimchi Rice Balls

    Cut 1 cup of kimchi into small pieces.

    In a small bowl, combine the condiments

    Heat a pan with a bit of oil over medium heat.

    Add the kimchi and the sauce mixture to the pan. Stir fry until the kimchi is well-coated and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat.

    Place the cooked kimchi over cooked rice.

    Add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil to the rice and kimchi mixture.

    Using your hands, mix everything together until well combined.

    Take a portion of the rice mixture and flatten it slightly in your hand.

    Place a small cube of cheese in the centre and then shape the rice around the cheese to form a ball.

    Repeat until all the rice mixture is used.

    Heat a bit of oil in a pan over low to medium heat.

    Place the rice balls in the pan and slightly fry both sides until they are golden brown and crispy.
