    Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, add beef, and marinate for as much time as you have.

    Heat 2 tsp oil in a skillet over high heat. Cook beef until caramelized and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and keep warm.

    Carrot: Heat 2 tsp oil, cook for 5-8 minutes until tender, then remove.

    Zucchini: You can cook with carrots for 4 minutes.

    Bean sprout, mushroom, spinach: blench til they are soften, usually 2 -5mins

    Fry eggs to your liking (runny yolks preferred).

    Place warm rice in bowls. Arrange vegetables and beef on top, then add the fried egg.

    Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with sesame oil. Serve with Bibimbap Sauce.
