Nutty Chocolate Raspberry Energy Bars

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the nuts, canola oil, vanilla, honey, chia seeds, quinoa, buckwheat, and freeze-dried raspberries. Mix well.

Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking pan, making sure it’s tightly packed.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden and set.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.

Pour the melted dark chocolate over the top of the bars and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, flip the bars over and cut them into desired sizes.

Drizzle more melted chocolate on top for an extra finish.
