These gluten-free banana muffins are so easy to make and taste anything but gluten-free! With a tender, moist crumb and a delightful cinnamon topping, these muffins will quickly become a household favorite.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Prepare 12 cupcake cups.

    Whisk oat flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.

    Pour oil in the mixer bowl. Add egg and milk and stir until combined.

    Pour the flour mixture in the liquid mixture and mix just until batter is combined.

    Add the banana pieces mix and set the batter aside.

    To make the crumb topping: Combine sugar, oat flour, oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl. Mix with a fork until crumbly.

    Spoon batter into the prepared cupcake cups, filling ¾ to the top. Sprinkle with crumb topping.

    Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 10 to 12 minutes.
