    Prepare Pan: Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

    Toast Grains: Toast oats, buckwheat groats, and millet at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine toasted grains, brown rice flour, cinnamon, and sea salt.

    Prepare Wet Ingredients: Heat honey, canola oil, cane sugar, and raisin paste until sugar dissolves.

    Combine Mixtures: Mix wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Add vanilla if using.

    Press into Pan: Press mixture firmly into the pan.

    Chill: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

    Optional Topping: Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and drizzle over bars.

    Cut and Serve: Lift bars from pan and cut into pieces.
