    Heat butter / olive oil until foaming, soften garlic & shallots then add tomatoes, chilli, stock, prawns, cover

    In a separate frypan toast panko in olive oil until browned, add flaked salt & parmesan, set aside

    Cook pasta until almost ready & using tongs add to sauce, stir until fully incorporated, cover with lemon, parsley, breadcrumb mix
