    Mix the wet ingredients together until smooth.

    Add the dry ingredients and mix well.

    If this mixture is looking a little dry then add a splash of milk, maple syrup or coconut oil.

    Once combined, spread onto a baking tray and press the mixture down.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees and then turn the mixture over and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy!


Notes

Enjoy with yogurt and fruit or simply just a splash of milk!
