Blueberry Breakfast Crumble

The cold, frosty mornings are back and there is no better way to combat the cold than with these deliciously warming blueberry breakfast crumble!

Ingredients

    Add blueberries to splash of lemon juice, 1/2 tsp corn flour and a splash of maple syrup or other liquid sweetener. Add this mixture into an oven safe baking dish or ramekin.

    In a separate bowl combine gluten free oats, 1/2 scoop vanilla cheesecake protein, 2 tsp smooth peanut butter and 1 tbsp maple syrup. Mix until well combined. If the mixture is too dry, add a splash of milk or water.

    Add the crumble mixture on top of the blueberries and press down. Add this to the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden brown.


Notes

For an extra boost of protein, try adding a spoonful of Greek yogurt on top
