Pumpkin Cake Truffles

Autumn is all about cosy sweet treats and these pumpkin cake truffles are perfectly sweet, lightly spiced and oh so delicious

    Simply mix the wet ingredients until smooth and slowly add the dry ingredients until you have a smooth mixture!

    Add your mixture to a cake tin and bake at 180degrees celsius for 35-45 minutes. It should be well risen, golden brown and cooked through!

    Once baked, add to a food processor or a hand mix and break the cake up. If your cake has cooled add a little bit of milk or vanilla buttercream to the cake to help it stick together.

    Roll the cake mixture into balls and dip in melted white chocolate. Leave these to set in the fridge or freezer for a few hours and enjoy!
