Pumpkin Brownies
Rich, decadent and fudgey brownies with a delicious autumnal twist

Melt the butter and dark chocolate until smooth and leave to cool slightly.

In a bowl mix the eggs, flour, cocoa powder and sugar until smooth.

Slowly fold in the cooled butter and chocolate and mix well.

Pour this into your lined baking tray.

In a separate bowl mix all of the pumpkin topping ingredients together until smooth.

Spoon the mixture on top of the brownies and using a knife swirl the mixture through.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

Leave to cool for an hour before serving.
