A quick and delicious Autumn-inspired recipe ready in under 25 minutes

    Add the olive oil, onion and garlic to a frying pan and cook on a medium heat until soft and caramelised.

    Add in the gnocchi, white beans and water and cook for 5 minutes.

    Stir in your soft cheese and herbs and cook for a further five minutes on a low temperature.

    Once cooked, add a sprinkling of chopped parsley and enjoy.
