    Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until it thickens.

    Gradually add the milk while continuing to whip the mixture until fluffy and well combined. Don't over mix.

    Scoop the mixture into small portions and place them on a tray covered with parchment paper.

    Freeze the scoops for a couple of hours until firm.

    Melt the chocolate and stir in the almond chunks.

  6. 6

    Dip the frozen scoops into the chocolate and almond mixture.

  7. 7

    Allow the chocolate to set before serving.

    You can store them in the freezer. For best results, allow the scoops to defrost a bit before eating them.
