Peach Bark
Super easy and quick to make, this peach bark is the perfect snack to keep in your freezer for when you need a sweet treat.
Ingredients
Directions
- 1
Slice a peach into thin pieces and place them evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- 2
Cover each peach slice with a spoonful of plain or vanilla yogurt. If using plain yogurt, you may want to add about 3/4 tablespoon of sweetener, such as maple syrup or honey, to the yogurt before using it.
- 3
Drizzle almond butter over the yogurt-covered slices.
- 4
Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave: For the double boiler method, place a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water, and stir the chocolate until melted. For the microwave method, heat the chocolate in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the slices.
- 5
Sprinkle almond chunks over the mixture.
- 6
Place the baking tray in the freezer and let it freeze for about 1-2 hours or until set.
- 7
Once frozen, cut in pieces, let it defrost a bit and enjoy your snack.
