Tomato Mascarpone Pasta

My version of pasta sauce with less than 600 cals for the whole thing!

Ingredients

    Boil the pasta as per instructions and add the stock cube to the water.

    Chop up the bacon medallions and onions then add to the frying pan along with the garlic powder, paprika, onion salt and garlic powder.

    Fry for a few minutes until browned then add in the tomatoes and fry for a few minutes more to soften.

    Next add in the passata and tomato puree, stir together and simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

    Finally add in the cooked drained pasta along with the mascarpone and parmesan, stir together to combine anddd thats it!
