Chinese Chicken Noodle Bake

This is my slow cooker noodle recipe (which is one of my absolute FAVE recipes everrrrr) but done in the oven instead!

    Slice up the chicken breasts and onions

    To a baking dish add the noodles then top with the chicken & onions

  3. 3

    Pour over the coconut milk and 500ml stock

  4. 4

    Next add the soy sauce, curry powder, garlic + ginger puree, tomato puree, salt and pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion salt

  5. 5

    Stir together, top the dish with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees until the noodles are cooked through & liquid has been absorbed
