Creamy Salmon Pasta

This was one of my fave pasta dishes I’ve made and was a massive hit on my meal plans!

    Wrap the salmon fillets in tinfoil and airfry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

    Boil the pasta as per instructions & add the stock cube to the water.

    Chop the onion and add to a frying pan along with the paprika, onion salt, garlic powder and Italian herbs.

    Fry for a few minutes until browned then chop up the tomatoes & add them in the pan, fry for a few minutes to soften.

    Next add in the Philadelphia, garlic puree and lemon juice along with 100ml pasta water, mix together and simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

    Then add in the spinach, parmesan, drained pasta and cooked salmon fillets.

    Stir to combine & break up the salmon, transfer to a bowl and that's it!
