Creamy Chicken Tikka Kebabs
Something a lil bit different than your normal curry but they were sooo good and super easy to make!

Chop up the chicken breast into chunks and add to a bowl along with 1tbsp coconut milk, tikka seasoning, paprika, onion salt and garlic powder.

Mix together and leave to marinate for at least 10 minutes, the longer the better! Thread onto skewers and airfry for 15-20 minutes at 280 degrees until golden and cooked through.

Whilst this is cooking slice the onions and add to a frying pan along with more tikka seasoning, paprika, onion salt and garlic powder. Then add in the garlic + ginger ginger puree and fry for a few minutes to brown.

Next add in the coconut milk along with the tomato puree and a few tbsp of water. Mix ogether and simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

Finally add to a blender and blend until smooth.

Serve with the chicken kebabs and rice, anddd thats it!
