Cut up the chicken breast and add to a bowl with 2tbsp coconut milk, 1tbsp soy sauce & season with the turmeric, paprika, garlic powder and curry powder

Mix together and thread onto skewers and airfry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden and cooked through

Whilst this is cooking, mix together the coconut milk, garlic puree, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey and lemon juice

If you want a thicker consistency you can simmer on the hob for a few mins!

Once the chicken is cooked, serve with rice and the satay sauce and thats it!
