These are superrrr easy to make, SO delish and a massive portion so I’d call that a win win!?

    Cut up the potato into chip shapes, coat in the chip seasoning, spray with frylight and then airfry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Halfway through give them a shake and spray with more frylight!

    Finely top the onions and add to a frying pan along with the taco seasoning, garlic puree, paprika, onion salt and garlic powder

    Fry for a few minutes to brown then add in the tomato puree along with a few tbsp of water, stir together then simmer on a medium heat for a few minutes to thicken

    Chop up the tomatoes and stir through the beef mixture

  5. 5

    Add the cheese slices to a microwave safe bowl with a few tbsp of water, microwave for 30 seconds then stir together and repeat this until you get a cheese sauce

    To a bowl add the chips, top with the beef mixture, cheese sauce and soured cream & thats it!
