Sausage and Mash Pie

This was pure comfort food so perfectttt now the weather is gross and superrrr filling too for less than 500 calories

    Slice up the potatoes into chunks then boil for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.

    Slice up the sausages, onions, carrots and add to a frying pan along with the mixed herbs, paprika, onion salt and garlic powder.

    Fry for a few minutes so the sausages are cooked through and the veg has browned.

    Make up 300ml beef stock cube and add that to the pan along with the balsamic vinegar and gravy granules, stir together to combine and then simmer for a few minutes to thicken.

    Whilst this is cooking, mash the potatoes and add in the milk, butter and salt and pepper- mix together to combine.

    To an oven proof dish add the sausage mixture then top with the mashed potatoes.

    Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees andddd thats it!
