Nandos Salmon & Halloumi Skewers

Anything nandos related I am ALL over, especially if there’s halloumi involved these are super easy to make and only take 15 mins!

    Slice up the halloumi and salmon into chunks.

    Add to a bowl along with the Nando’s sauce, chilli jam, honey and seasonings.

  3. 3

    Mix all together to combine and if possible, leave to marinade- the longer the better but at least 10-15 mins!

    Thread onto skewers and then airfry for 15 minutes at 180 degrees anddd that’s it!

    Serve with peri peri rice, rocket & then topped with perinaise!
