Garlic Parmesan One Pot Rice

If you know me then you’ll know I loveee a one pot rice- so easy to make and perfect for a batch cook! I love this garlic parmesan sauce too

    Coat the chicken breasts in Italian herbs and onion salt, airfry for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees until cooked through

    Finely chop the onions then add to a pan along with the Italian herbs, garlic powder, onion salt, oregano and garlic puree- fry for a few minutes until browned

    Next add in the dry rice and stock, stir together and simmer on a medium heat for around 15 minutes until the pasta is cooked & the liquid has been absorbed

    Add in the Philadelphia, cream, lemon juice and parmesan then stir together to combine and simmer for a few minutes to thicken

  5. 5

    Stir in some chopped parsley, slice up the chicken breast & add on top and thats it!
