Juicy Beef Potstickers Recipe

Soupy potstickers with crispy bottom and juicy inside, served with chili oil and other toppings.

Ingredients

Chicken Stock

Beef Dumplings

    Simmer the chicken stock ingredients over low heat for 45 minutes to an hour.

    Run the stock through a sieve and chill the stock for at least three hours or until it gelatinizes.

    Combine the beef filling ingredients and place in the freezer for 20 minutes so that the mixture is extra cold.

    Form the potstickers with the cold beef filling and make sure to seal the edges very tightly.

    Pan-fry the dumplings with oil over medium heat. Add a little bit of water into the pan and cover it with the lid so that you're steaming the dumplings.

    Cook for about five minutes and serve with your favorite dumpling sauce, chili crisp/oil, cilantro, and sesame seeds.

Freeze any remaining potstickers and enjoy!
