    Sauté garlic, and onions with oil. Add pork belly, kimchi, gochujang and soy sauce and cook until the pork belly is completely cooked.

    Add the cream and bring the sauce to a simmer.

    Add in the udon noodles and top with green onions, furikake, a pasteurized egg yolk, and enjoy!
