    In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and stir with a spoon or spatula until a dough starts to form.

    Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes, until the dough becomes soft and smooth.

    Divide the dough into 6-8 equal pieces, depending on the size of pita you prefer. Roll each piece into a ball.

    Using a rolling pin, roll each ball into a circle about ¼ inch thick.

    Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat. Cook each pita for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread puffs up and gets golden brown spots.
