Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 165℃.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients.

Spread on the prepared tray and spread to create an even layer. Place into the oven and toast for 10-15 minutes, mixing 2-3 times, or until golden.

Leave to cool for 10 minutes before eating with yogurt and strawberries.

Place the remaining granola into a sealed container. Keep for up to 2 weeks.
