Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth (1-2 minutes).

Option to leave as is (can be a little gritty) otherwise strain, pressing the pulp through to get the coconut flavour (this will be the least).

Serve over ice or place into a sealed container and serve over ice when desired (this keeps well 1-2 days in the fridge).
