Toast the bread using the EVOO using either a pan or sandwich press (I like sandwich press so the bread becomes flat and more like a cracker).

Add cubed tuna in a small mixing bowl. Add the avocado, kewpie, chilli, spring onions, lime, salt and all sauces. Mix well

Spoon the tuna on the toast slices. Finish with extra toasted sesame seeds, sea salt and dill (or another herb if preferred).
