    Peel then slice eggs in half, and remove yolks to a mixing bowl and smash them with a fork until minced.

    In the bowl with the yolks, combine the guacamole, cilantro and green onion, salt, hot sauce, and dijon mustard. Mix well, and fill empty egg white halves.

    Chill until serving. Sprinkle with paprika and cilantro just before serving.
