Spicy Wontons in Miso Broth

Make the filling by mixing all the ingredients with 1 Tbsp of water.

Mix very well till everything comes together and looks like a nice paste.

Place 1 tsp of the filling on to the centre of a wonton wrapper.

Dampen the edges and fold over.

Bring all the corners together towards the centre and squeeze the wrapper just above the filling with gentle but firm pressure.

Make all the wontons in similar manner and keep on a parchment paper in single layer.

Heat the oil and add chilli paste with miso paste, cook for few seconds at low.

Add chilli oil, soy sauce and salt (if needed), mix it all.

Add 3-4 cups of water or stock and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Gently plop in the wontons and cook in the broth for 3-4 minutes or till the float on the surface.

Add Bok choy and serve right away!!
