General Tso's POTATO, glazed in sweet and spicy sauce.

    Cut potatoes into half and marinate in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice wine & salt.

    In a bowl add all the ingredients for the flour take 1/4th cup of this flour mix and add 1/4 Cup of water and add it to the potatoes.

    Keep the rest of the flour mix for dusting.

    Dust marinated potatoes lightly in the flour mix, do it in batches.

    Place a parchment paper in the air fryer tray and brush it with oil.

    Place potato pieces in a single layer, spray some oil and cook for 5 minutes at 200 C.

    Turn the pieces or shake them and cook again for 10 minutes or till crispy golden & cooked from inside.

    For the sauce heat oil in a pan, and cook garlic, ginger & add all the ingredients except corn flour slurry.

    Cook for a minute and add the slurry.

    Let the sauce boil add air fried potatoes.

    Mix and serve right away
