No-Oven No Sugar 5 Minute Muesli
enjoy it with your choice of milk, fruit like banana, berries with a drizzle of honey. Add grated apple and you won’t even miss sugar

In a large pan dry roast almonds for 30 seconds, add rolled oats and cook for another 30 seconds or till it’s slightly toasted.

Now add seeds, and dried fruits, and toast for another few seconds. Keep stirring.

Lower the flame and drizzle honey, and mix well. Cook till it all comes together and honey starts to bubble. Stir occasionally to ensure even coating.

Allow the muesli mixture to rest on a parchment paper.

Serve the no-oven muesli as is or with yogurt or almond milk Top with fresh fruits, grated apple, berries and honey or maple syrup.

Store any leftover muesli in an airtight container for future use.
