    Heat ghee in a pan or kadai. Add the vermicelli and roast it on low to medium heat until it turns golden brown. Keep stirring to ensure even browning.

    Once the vermicelli is golden, add the sugar, crushed cardamom and water. Be careful, as it may splutter a bit. Stir well.

    Let the vermicelli cook in the water over low heat, until it becomes soft and the water is absorbed.

    Once the vermicelli is cooked, blanched or roasted mixed nuts. Mix well and let it cook for a few more minutes

    Meethi seviyaan is ready to serve. Garnish with extra dry fruits if desired and enjoy!
