    Slit the green chilies lengthwise, removing the seeds if you prefer less heat. Slice them into thin strips.

    Heat oil in a pan, add sliced garlic and sliced green chilies. Sauté until slightly cooked.

    Season with salt and add water, cover and cook till chilies soften a little.

  4. 4

    Add the cheese, turn off the flame and stir gently until the cheese is completely melted and the consistency thickens.
