Milo Dinosaur Chocolate Mousse

Dinosaurs and a Milo drink have zero correlation so… don’t ask me I didn’t come up with it

Ingredients

    Separate egg yolk & whites.

    Melt chocolate & butter together, then add Baileys.

  3. 3

    Whip cream with sugar & Milo to stiff peaks then add chocolate mixture.

  4. 4

    Beat egg whites till stiff then gently fold altogether. Don’t overmix because this is where the airy texture comes from!

  5. 5

    Let set in fridge for at least 3 hours.

  6. 6

    Serve topped with a f*ckload of Milo.
