Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Melt chocolate and butter together.

Beat sugar, brown sugar, and eggs together until pale and doubled.

Add salt & vanilla.

Fold in chocolate mixture.

Sift in flour and cocoa powder and gently fold in, then add chopped chocolate.

Bake for 25-30 minutes—DON’T OVERBAKE or you have failed (not in life, just in making good brownies).
