    Mash bananas well and add butter, eggs, sugar, brown sugar, greek yoghurt and vanilla essence.

    Sift in flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Fold gently to combine.

    Transfer to loaf pan. Preheat oven to 175°C and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
