Slightly roll out 1 sheet of puff pastry.

Cut into 9 equal squares.

Brush with egg wash and bake in 350 F preheat oven for 20-25 mins until golden brown.

While puff pastry is baking, whisk together the whipped cream ingredients.

Once puff pastry is golden, remove from oven and let cool.

Once cooled, pull puff pastry squares apart in half like shown in video.

Pipe whipped cream on bottom half of puff pastry square and top with top half.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
