    Slice the apples into round and core them.

    Slightly roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut into 9 equal squares

    Combine the sugar and cinnamon to create a cinnamon sugar.

    Cut the corners of the puff pastry square as shown in the video. Do not cut all the way to the center

    Dip the apple in the cinnamon sugar to cover both sides.

    Place the apple round in the center of the puff pastry.

    Bring the sliced corners into the center of the apple and press down so the puff pastry sticks together

    Brush with an egg wash (1 egg+ splash of water)

    Bake at 375 F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
