Sugar Buns
Who isn’t a sucker for a cute and sweet pastry?

Combine egg, sugar and salt with a whisk.

Mix in melted butter, warm milk and water.

Add in flour and yeast. Knead until a dough forms. Cover and let rise, 1-2 hours.

Divide into equal pieces, approximately 80 g each. Roll out and spread a thin layer of soft butter followed by some sugar. Roll up and cut & form the buns like shown on the video. Cover and let rise 30 mins.

Brush with egg wash. Bake at 350 F for 30 mins.
