Salted Cookie Dough Bark

A fun no bake, healthier take on cookie dough and it tastes just like the real deal!

Ingredients

    In a bowl, add the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix until combined.

    Line a baking sheet and add the mixture, press down and store it in the freezer for a couple minutes.

    Meanwhile, melt chocolate chips in the microwave and let cool.

    Pour chocolate on bark and freeze for 30 minutes.

    Remove from freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy! Store the rest in the freezer for up to 3 months.
