    Rinse quinoa well and add to a pot with the water or broth.

    Bring to a boil then once boiling, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the liquid has absorbed.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the quinoa.

    Top with olive oil and salt, mix well, evenly spread across the pan and bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown making sure to stir in between.

    Let cool then add as a topping to any salad!
