Air Fried Sticky Tofu Bowl
Regardless of if you eat plant based or not, tofu is a great ingredient to have on hand because it’s a good source of protein and it’s CHEAP plus it’s super versatile!

Drain tofu and press excess water, then wrap it in a paper towel and place it on a cutting board and put something heavy on top like a pan for 15 minutes.

Break the tofu into bite-size pieces, then add oil and cornstarch and mix with your hands combined.

Add tofu to an air fryer and air fry for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°F.

In a pan over low-medium heat, start to make the sauce by adding a minced garlic clove, soy sauce, coconut sugar, sesame oil, and mix until it starts to thicken.

Then add the slurry which is the cornstarch and water mixture slowly, this will help thicken the mixture more.

Once the sauce has thickened, add the tofu to the pan and mix until coated.

Serve in a bowl with rice, veggies of choice, like cucumber and top with sesame seeds.
