4-Ingredient Everything Bagels

These bagels are perfect to prep ahead for the week not only because they’re so easy to make but also because they only require 4 main ingredients!

    Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt until combined.

    Add the Greek yogurt and mix, don’t worry if it looks like crumbles.

    Add flour to a surface and add the dough, knead until it is no longer tacky.

    Cut the dough into four sections, roll each section into a rope and seal the ends together to make a bagel shape.

    Whisk egg, brush on bagel, add seasoning and add to a baking sheet with cooking spray or foil.

    Air fry at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or bake in the oven at 375°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cut in half, add your favorite toppings or spreads and enjoy.
