California Grown Fig Bars
A twist on the classic fig bars using California Grown prunes from @sunsweetgrowersinc for the filling.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together the oat flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix together the applesauce, coconut oil, orange juice, and vanilla.

Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Soak the prunes in warm water for a couple of minutes, then drain.
- 6
Blend the prunes with the rest of the filling ingredients.

Place the dough between two pieces of parchment and roll out to a long rectangle.

Place the prune filling in the middle of the dough and fold the dough over like a pamphlet.

Place the log of dough seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cut into 12 pieces.

Bake for 12-15 minutes and let cool.
