    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of oil or cooking spray.

    Crumble the feta in the middle of the pan leaving a well in the middle then crack the egg inside.

    Cover with a lid if you want it cooked if not omit and cook for 2-3 minutes until the feta starts to become golden brown and the egg cooks.

    Serve over a slice of avocado toast with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper or any of your favorite toppings and enjoy!
