Ingredients: butter lettuce (Delicate, do not make ahead of time); chopped Marcona almonds; halved grapes (Optional); chopped dates (pitted); shaved aged cheese (cheddar or Parmesan); mint or parsley leaves (Optional); thinly shaved celery; candied or regular salted walnuts and pecans (Optional)
