Vegan Buffalo Chick'n Burger

So excited to be starting this new recipe series with a delicious vegan buffalo chick'n burger

    Add all of the ranch ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well-combined

    In a separate bowl, add approximately half of the ranch, as well as the coleslaw mix. Combine well, use your hands if needed. Set the ranch and the coleslaw mix to the side

    Add all of the buffalo sauce ingredients to a separate large bowl, and mix until well-combined. Set to the side

    Place a frying pan over medium-high heat on the stove and add the olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken tenders and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy. Then, remove the pan from the heat and transfer the chicken tenders into the bowl with the buffalo sauce. Toss to coat the chicken tenders well

    Lightly toast your burger buns, before assembling the burgers. Start with coleslaw, then pickles, 3 buffalo chicken tenders on each burger, and extra ranch as desired
