Cookie Dough Bites
I love prepping some kind of sweet treat every week and this week I made these easy & delicious cookie dough bites!

Combine almond meal, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl. Once well mixed, add choc chips and combine well.

Place a sheet of baking paper on a large plate or chopping board.

Using damp hands, roll the cookie dough into balls and place them on the large plate/chopping board. Repeat until you have used all of the cookie dough.

Place into the fridge to set for 2 hours, then enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to store these in your fridge!
