Choc Hazelnut Pudding Oats
This vegan meal-prep breakfast is my new favourite! It combines a delicious tofu mousse with creamy hazelnut oats making for a filling, tasty, high-protein brekky to start the day

Tofu Mousse
Directions

Whisk together all of the hazelnut oats ingredients, adding extra milk if needed/desired for texture. Place in the fridge to set.

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over the stove. Then, add to a food processor/blender with the rest of the tofu mousse ingredients and blend until smooth.

Transfer the tofu mousse into a bowl and place in the fridge to set for an hour.

Evenly disperse the hazelnut oats and tofu mousse between two jars, layering as desired, and adding fresh fruit if you’d like to. Place in the fridge to set overnight and enjoy as a delicious grab and go breakfast!
